Lent for forex traders

Trading currencies probably isn't the most biblical activity but it's Ash Wednesday and that means the start of lent for the world's 2.2 billion Christians.

The tradition is to give up a vice from the start of lent until Easter to signify the 40 days Jesus spent in the desert.

I give up sugar in my coffee and tea but as a trader, it's a good time to try and kick a bad habit.

Overtrading? Revenge trading? Not journaling? Not reading enough ForexLive?

What are your ideas for some bad trading habits to break? Or some good ones to implement?
