Constancio puts an estimate on how much QE has boosted house and stock prices

Comment from the ECB's second-in-command

Constancio said the ECB's Asset Purchase Program is estimated to have boosted house prices by more than 1% and stock prices by 0.8%.

I'd like to see the math on that one.
