ECB's Simkus: Rate cut is also possible in July

There's no stronger telegraph of a June decision than already treating it as a done deal. Simkus says a further cut in July is also possible. He says there is a more-than 50% chance of three rate cuts this year. Current ECB cut pricing is for 81 bps.
