Two Senators quickly shoot down the idea
Republicans are looking for a way forward after the latest bill to repeal and replace Obamacare in the Senate was shot down.
The Senate is the most-challenging spot for Republicans because
Susan Collins and Shelley Moore Capito said they will block a repeal without replacement. Rob Portman also said he was 'concerned'. Senate Republicans can only afford 3 votes against any bill so long as Democrats are united.
At the start of the years, many others said they were against a repeal without replacement so the idea is likely to fade away, despite the President's support.
Update: Lisa Murkowski said she would be the third Senator to oppose it. Definitely DOA now.
