US/Canada traders back from holiday weekend

The AUD and the CHF are the strongest and weakest currencies respectively as North American traders return from the holiday weekend. The USD is lower on the day - falling against most currencies (with the exception of the CHF. It is near unchanged against the EUR).

The changes (top chart below) are showing that the AUDUSD and the NZDUSD are trading near high levels for the day. The GBPUSD is also nearer the higher level after spiking in the London morning session. The EURGBP is retreating and that is helping the pair. There is a large option expire at 0.9200 in the EURGBP today.
